Sublimation Printing is the transfer of special dyes, by heat and pressure, into the fibres of the fabric. Multi colour designs or graphics can be printed onto a garment in one operation. The print will not fade or crack and is as flexible as the garment material. Sublimation printing can only be done onto fabrics with high polyester content and of light colour. The best results are achieved with white, 100% polyester, material but dark inks can be transferred onto light colours - see the hi-vis garments in our gallery. This printing method is most suitable for multi-colour logos or graphics or for small quantities of say 1 to 20. Once the print file is set up it is also easy to do further small quantities when required.
